Our art prints are proudly printed in New Zealand + we ship both domestically + internationally.
Shipping costs will be made available once our online print shop has opened.
Shipping costs do not include possible taxes + charges imposed by the country of origin or destination. The responsibility of costs incurred for any customs duties, foreign taxes or other fees rest solely with the customer.
For all orders please make sure you provide a secure delivery address as we cannot take responsibility for lost or stolen packages.
As a conscious decision to minimise waste, the art prints in our online store are made to order + we do not offer refunds for change of mind. Please make your selection carefully.
Any items sent back without first contacting us for an exchange, will not be accepted.
damages + issues
Please inspect your order as soon as you receive it. If the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item, please contact us within 7 days of delivery, so that we can evaluate the issue + make it right.
The fastest way to ensure you get what you want is to return the item you have (once you have been in touch of course). Once the return has been accepted, make a separate purchase for the new item.
Customers are responsible for return shipping costs. If the item is not returned in its original condition, the customer is responsible for any loss in value.
